Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using https://arts-forms.com (the “Service”), operated by Arts-Forms (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Arts-Forms is a commission form builder that allows artists (“Artists”) to create and publish custom commission request forms for their clients (“Clients”). Artists manage submissions through a personal dashboard and may receive file uploads and client information via their forms.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. We currently offer the following plans:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Your account will remain active and accessible until that date.
There is no permanent free plan. If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, you will lose access to your dashboard. Your submission data will be retained for 14 days from the date your account becomes inactive, during which you will receive email notices with the option to export your data. After 14 days, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@arts-forms.com within 7 days of the charge.
Submission data received through your forms is subject to automatic deletion based on your plan:
We will send warning emails to your registered email address 7 days and 24 hours before scheduled deletion. You are responsible for exporting and archiving any data you wish to keep. We are not liable for data lost due to account inactivity or failure to export before the retention period expires.
These retention rules apply to submissions created after March, 17th 2026. Pre-existing submissions may be subject to different retention windows.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice or refund.
Arts-Forms is a platform built exclusively for human artists and creators. You may not use the Service to advertise, solicit, accept commissions for, or deliver work that is fully or substantially generated by artificial intelligence tools (including but not limited to image generators, large language models, or other automated content-creation systems).
This includes but is not limited to:
The use of AI tools as a minor aid in an otherwise human-created workflow (e.g. spell-checking, color reference) is permitted, provided that the final work is substantively the product of your own human creative effort and is not misrepresented to clients.
Accounts found to be in violation of this section may be suspended or permanently terminated without refund. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a use case constitutes a violation.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to the Service (forms, branding, responses). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect any data submitted through your forms and for complying with applicable privacy laws (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) in relation to your clients.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect account information (name, email, password hash) and usage data necessary to provide the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arts-Forms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction.
